To maintain our uncompromising standard of quality, we are looking for a talented, detail-oriented Roofing Designer to join our boutique team on a flexible, part-time basis (2 to 3 days per week). Key Responsibilities Bespoke Roof Design: Create comprehensive architectural drawings, structural blueprints, and detailed layouts for various roof types (including slate, tile, standing seam metal, green roofs, and flat roof systems). 3D Visualisation: Generate high-resolution 3D digital renderings and models to help clients visualize designs before construction. Technical Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with UK Building Regulations, London planning permissions, conservation area guidelines, and party wall constraints. Specification and Drainage: Calculate structural loads, wind/weather resistances, and design smart ventilation and drainage/waterproofing schemes.
