Roofing Contracts Manager

This is a genuine leadership opportunity with a long-established, family-run specialist commercial roofing and external refurbishment contractor. Trading continuously since 1979 and working as Principal Contractor across London and the South East, the business delivers roof refurbishment and re-roofing works on existing, occupied buildings across education, industrial, healthcare, heritage, residential block and public sector projects.The role is a key leadership appointment for someone who can confidently take ownership of large-scale roof refurbishment projects and play a central role in developing the department for long-term success. The pipeline of future projects is extremely healthy, and the business is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager or high-level Contracts Manager who can hit the ground running and drive the next phase of growth.Reporting to the Head of Contracts, you will manage your own projects from start to finish with full commercial responsibility, while mentoring junior team members and shaping the direction of the department.
