The business delivers a range of specialist packages across commercial, industrial and residential developments, providing expertise in external wall systems, cladding installations, roofing and render.With a strong focus on quality, commercial performance and project delivery, the company works with main contractors, developers and other construction partners on a varied portfolio of projects.Due to continued workload, they are looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor with proven knowledge of both render and cladding to strengthen their commercial team.The RoleAs Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of roofing, cladding and render packages, ensuring projects are financially controlled from procurement through to final account.Working closely with project managers, site teams, clients and subcontractors, you will monitor costs, manage valuations, oversee variations and identify opportunities to maximise profitability.This role requires someone with a strong understanding of specialist external envelope works, particularly render and cladding systems.
