Role Criteria: General roofing repairs across occupied and void propertiesReplacement of roof tiles, felt roofing, and wooden battensChimney repairs and replacementsInstallation and repair of flat roofs, including felt and asphalt systemsLead work including flashings, soakers, and valley guttersRepair and installation of ridge tiles, verge tiles, and hip tilesGuttering and downpipe repairs and replacementsFascia, soffit, and barge board installation and maintenanceRoof insulation works to joists and raftersInstallation and repair of roof vents, eaves ventilation, and ductingRepairs to rooflights and skylightsEnsuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulationsSupporting planned maintenance ..... full job details .....
