Job Title: Qualified Roofer

Location: Abingdon

Our Client, a well-established construction company on the outskirts of Abingdon, is hiring for a dedicated Roofer to join their team. This full-time role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, working between 7:30am and 4:00pm. Depending on experience, the annual salary ranges from -35,000 to -37,000.

What you''ll be doing:
* Repairing, maintaining, and constructing roofs on commercial and residential buildings
* Working with various materials such as slate, concrete, and tiles
* Installing solar panels and insulation systems
* Filling leaks with cement or other suitable materials
* Thatching or specialist repairs of older roofing materials
* Assessing weather damage and ensuring safety at height
* Restocking materials and preparing project timelines and budgets
* Following strict health and safety guidelines

What you''ll bring:
* Valid driving licence and CSCS card if essential for this role
* Proven skills in roofing, including knowledge of different materials and techniques
* Ability to work safely at heights and adhere to health and safety standards
* Steadiness, patience, and a good eye for detail
* Experience working on both commercial and residential sites
