If so, we may be able to help you!Here at Howells, we are working with a leading UK Contractor to find a Roofer with sufficient knowledge of other trades to join their team in and around London, to work on Voids and occupied properties doing repairs and maintenance.Working the Social Housing sector, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge by tackling a variety of repairs/maintenance in social housing properties. Your duties will include various roofing repairs and minor carpentry/guttering when needed.We are looking for candidates who are available to start as soon as possible. Vans and fuel cards provided.You will be working for a modern, forward thinking business; that believe the strengths, skills and personalities of their people are the key to the company''s success.This is a full time role with a 40 hour working week. Qualifications/Experience Required:Proven experience as a Roofer in social housing or similar environment.City and Guilds / NVQ in Roofing (desired)Knowledge of NHF Sors desirableFull, UK, Clean driving license, minimum of 3 PointsRelevant trade qualifications in Roofing, CSCS card and Asbestos Awareness cert.
