Job Title: Roofer - Repairs, Maintenance and Re-RoofsOverview: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Roofer to join our team, specialising in roof repairs, maintenance, and re-roof projects. The ideal candidate will have strong practical experience, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Key Responsibilities:Carry out a variety of roofing works, including reactive roof repairs, planned maintenance, and full/partial re-roofs.Inspect roofs to identify issues and recommend effective repair solutions.Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, within agreed timescales and in line with health and safety requirements.Use initiative to assess situations on site and provide professional recommendations to clients.Maintain consistency in quality of work, punctuality, and communication.Follow instructions and project requirements while also demonstrating proactive problem-solving.Keep work areas clean, safe, and organised.Requirements:Proven experience in roof repairs, maintenance, and re-roofing.Good knowledge of different roofing systems and materials.Ability to work at height safely and in varying weather conditions.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.Reliable, punctual, and able to work to deadlines.Good communication and customer service skills.Full UK driving licence (preferred).What We Offer:Competitive rates of pay.Consistent work on a variety of projects.Opportunity to work within a ..... full job details .....
