Roofer

Our client based in Northumberland are seeking a skilled and reliable Roofer to join their-growing team. This is a permanent position with an opportunity to work on various projects ranging from new builds to retrofit projects.

Job Description:

• Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems including:
  • Tiling and slating
  • Single ply membranes
  • Solar PV systems
• Work on both new build and retrofit projects across residential-sites
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate effectively with site teams and project managers
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working order
• Diagnose and resolve roofing issues efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum-5 years of roofing experience-(Desirable)
• Proven experience with-tiling, slating, single ply, and ideally-solar PV
• Strong understanding of roofing techniques and safety procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Valid CSCS card
• Full UK driving licence is essential
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
