The Role As Workshop Controller, you will be at the heart of our Aftersales operation, taking responsibility for the effective flow of work through the workshop and providing clear, confident leadership to our team of technicians. This is about far more than allocating jobs. You will set the tempo and standards within the workshop, ensuring that every motor car receives the time, expertise and attention it deserves, while maintaining an efficient and commercially successful operation. Working closely with our Service Advisors, Parts team and Aftersales management, you will ensure that everyone is working towards the same goal: an exceptional result for every client, every time.
