Following successful completion of the rolling stock training programme (typically around 6 months), you will progress to the T2B rate. T2B: -22.30 per hour PAYE (umbrella first 12 week 28.45 rising to -29.98) - For candidates who already hold an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent). Shift Pattern Approximately 5 on / 5 off, working 12-hour rotating day and night shifts. The exact roster varies slightly but follows a similar pattern.
