Key Responsibilities Lead the RBAC strategy, governance, roadmap and assurance. Assure supplier RBAC design against security and architecture standards. Ensure least privilege, segregation of duties, auditability and role lifecycle controls . Work across business, security, architecture, data, testing and supplier teams. Identify and manage RBAC risks, issues, dependencies and exceptions. Support access reviews, testing and future operational RBAC processes. Challenge supplier designs and provide evidence-based recommendations. Essential Experience Strong experience leading/assuring RBAC and access governance in complex enterprise environments.
