Academics is delighted to be working with a forward-thinking secondary school in Braintree that places a strong emphasis on enrichment and outdoor education. The school is seeking a motivated Rock Climbing Teacher to join their PE and Outdoor Learning team.

This role involves delivering climbing sessions, outdoor physical education, and enrichment activities, while promoting teamwork, resilience, and personal growth in students.

The successful Rock Climbing Teacher will have:

• QTS in PE (or relevant outdoor instructor qualification such as SPA/RCI)

• Experience working with secondary-age students

• A passion for outdoor education and building student confidence

• Strong classroom and group management skills
