The role focuses on creating engaging training content covering Fanuc robot operation, programming, troubleshooting, safe working practices, and process-specific applications within Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) environments. Key Responsibilities Develop training materials, presentations, exercises, and offline learning resources for Fanuc robotics. Create training content for beginner, intermediate, and advanced users. Develop process-specific training for applications including blasting, welding, and inspection. Produce operator-level troubleshooting guidance and practical training exercises. Work closely with stakeholders to understand operational requirements and tailor training accordingly. Support the delivery of classroom and hands-on training sessions where required. Provide follow-up coaching, refresher training, and recommendations for training improvements.
