Customer Success & After-Sales Management:

  • Handling the technical delivery, deployment, onboarding, and site configuration of machinery

  • Executing high-impact customer pitches, product demonstrations, and live field trials
  • Conducting physical site surveys and feasibility studies to assess facility layouts, flooring, and infrastructure viability for KIRA deployments
  • Initiating, planning, and organising specialised robotics events and sales-driven workshops for partners and end-users

Cross-Functional Link & Reporting:

  • Acting as the proactive, self-starting link bridging the gap between highly technical HQ engineers, regional corporate executives, and ground-level facility operators
  • Analysing robot performance metrics to evaluate operational progress and report findings directly to top management

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in robotics, autonomous systems or industrial automation
  • Knowledge of sensors, navigation systems and technical troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting customers, delivering demonstrations or providing technical training
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, independent approach and a willingness to travel
  • A full, valid driving licence

A relevant technical qualification would be beneficial, alongside experience with cloud-based platforms or IoT systems.

If you enjoy combining hands-on robotics expertise with customer interaction and commercial development, we''d love to hear from you!
