Robotics Software Engineer We''re looking for a talented Robotics Software Engineer to join an innovative engineering team developing software for next-generation robotic vehicles. You''ll work across robotics, control systems and software development, developing and testing control and guidance systems, integrating sensors and actuators, and supporting the development and validation of robotic platforms. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and test control loops for ground and airborne vehicles using C++ and Python.Integrate sensors and actuators using a range of communication protocols.Support prototyping, simulation and validation of control and guidance systems.Develop robust, high-quality software for real-world robotic applications.Work closely with engineers across software, controls and robotics to deliver projects to agreed timescales. About YouDegree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.Professional software engineering experience, ideally working with robotic systems.Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.Experience with ArduPilot, MAVSDK and/or PX4.Experience with Model Predictive Control (MPC) or similar control techniques.A strong track record of delivering high-quality robotics software within deadlines.
