This role combines technical expertise with operational leadership, supporting production targets, maintaining equipment performance, driving process improvements, and developing the skills of team members working within the cell. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily and weekly robotic welding production to meet customer and business deadlines, monitoring progress and addressing schedule risks through resource adjustments, overtime, or staffing changes. Set up and validate robotic welding systems, including fixture changes, program selection/modification, torch replacement, and welding parameter adjustments, ensuring first-piece approval before production release.
