You''ll work primarily with ABB, FANUC, and KUKA robotic equipment across a wide range of industries.This is a field-based role involving nationwide travel, customer site support, emergency breakdown response, preventative maintenance, and robot system optimisation.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on industrial robotic systems and associated automation equipmentDiagnose and resolve robot breakdowns, electrical faults, mechanical issues, and programming-related problemsProvide emergency breakdown support to minimise customer downtimeService and maintain ABB, FANUC, and KUKA robotic systemsSupport commissioning and re-commissioning following repairs or upgradesPerform robot mastering, calibration, backups, and system recoveryTroubleshoot robot controllers, servo systems, safety circuits, fieldbus networks, and end-of-arm toolingInterpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentationProduce accurate service reports and maintenance documentationParticipate in an on-call rota for out-of-hours breakdown support where requiredWhat You''ll NeedProven experience working with ..... full job details .....
