Job Title: Robot Welder Operator Location: Daventry Hours: Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 17:00 Salary: Circa £15.00ph Overview: A fast-growing and successful manufacturing facility in Daventry is recruiting Robot Welder Operator to work on robot welding machinery. Key Responsibilities: Operate robot weld machinery safely and efficiently. Load raw materials and unload finished components. Organise and maintain parts and work areas. Support basic machine maintenance and daily checks. Assist with troubleshooting as skills and experience develop. Plan workloads effectively to maintain production flow. Contribute to a positive and productive working environment. Experience and Skills Required: Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment. Strong work ethic with a determined, reliable approach. Good level of spoken English. Previous machine operator experience beneficial but not essential.
