Robot Welder Setter / MIG Welder Required!(MIG) BE Recruitment are recruiting a Robot Welder Setter / Welder for a sheet metal engineering company based in East Goscote, Leicester (LE7). Require Experience in operating / setting Robot / Laser Welders. Also Welding experience, Preferably experience in MIG, TIG, Stainless and Aluminium. Working Hours:Monday - Friday: 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 (Rotational) or set 14:00 - 22:00 Pay. Pay: 15 - 18 per hour. (Dependant on skill level)Temp to Perm! Benefits:On-site parking. 50 Bonus Per Month for on-time clock-ins. (Can be paid via weekly instalments directly from wages).Overtime opportunities available.Progression Available.Minimum Skills / Experience Required:Strong engineering background with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.Experienced in MIG / TIG welding.Proficient in additional fabrication skills, including grinding and fettling, to ensure a high-quality finish.Comfortable working in a heavy engineering environment.Excellent time management and workload prioritisation skills.Ability to work effectively in small teams, meet deadlines, and communicate efficiently within the department and across the business.Positive can-do attitude.
