This is a Temp to Perm role, working on a 2-shift rotation.Robot Welder Main Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for operating and monitoring a robotic welding machine.Performing precise welds on various material thicknesses.Spatter removal during cycle time, interpreting standard operating procedures and technical drawings, inspecting finished components to ensure they meet specifications.Maintaining a clean and organised work area and strictly following all safety procedures.Robot Welder Applicants:Proficient with manual power tools.Possess strong communication skills and a solid work ethic.Have the ability to interpret SOPs and technical drawings.Basic manual welding skills are preferred but not essential.The ability to work unsupervised.Company Benefits:Temporary Staff:38.5 hours per weekOvertime paid at 1.5 of day rate Mon - Sat, 2.0 of day rate for Sunday23 days holiday plus bank holidays - paid hourlyEAP, 247GP, Wellbeing servicesFree on-site parkingKitchen facilitiesSafe working environmentOur client reserves the right to move to 3 shifts, with consultation.
