The vacancy sits within the road freight operation, covering European imports, exports and some cross-trade movements. However, the business is open-minded about background. If you re an experienced freight forwarder from another mode and would fit well within the team, they re happy to consider you. This is an end-to-end operational role where you ll take ownership of your customers rather than handling one small part of the forwarding process. New business is won by the Directors before being passed across to operations, leaving you responsible for building the customer relationship and managing their freight day to day.
