Working closely with the Operations Manager, Operational Account Lead, warehouse teams, and transport providers, you will help deliver a high-quality, reliable service to customers.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily shipments, collections, deliveries, and demo equipment movementsSchedule jobs and ensure clear operational instructions are communicatedCreate and manage bookings within internal systemsMaintain accurate job records, documentation, and status updatesProvide customers with timely updates on deliveries and job progressLiaise with transport providers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholdersAssist with resolving operational issues and escalate complex matters when requiredEnsure compliance with company procedures and ..... full job details .....
