Key Focus Areas:Coordination of Bremen 3PL warehouse operationsEuropean road freight planning and executionCustoUK import/export customs supportAssistance with multi modal freight operationsResponsibilities:Bremen Project (Primary)Coordinate UK-Germany inbound shipments and EU outbound distributionLiaise with warehouse partners and customersManage exceptions, stock alignment, and operational dataHandle job costing, invoicing, and KPI reportingRoad Freight (Supporting)Procure freight and manage carrier relationshipsPrepare customer quotes and coordinate shipmentsPlan UK import deliveries and handle exceptionsCustoms and Operations SupportPrepare import/export declarations (including CFSP procedures)Ensure compliance and manage documentation (e.g. COO, EUR1)Maintain records in TMS (Scope) and support wider operationsCandidate Profile:Essential:Experience in road freight or transport planningKnowledge of import/export customs declarationsStrong organisation, communication, and multitasking skillsConfident using IT systems and working independentlyDesirable:EU distribution or groupage/full load experienceCFSP/Inward Processing knowledge3PL or warehouse operations exposureSalary and Benefits:£29,000-£32,000 (DOE)24 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday leave (rising to 31 days)Hybrid working (2 days/week ..... full job details .....
