EU Road Freight Forwarder - Requirements

• 2+ years'' experience in logistics, freight forwarding, account management, or a commercial role.
• Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on growth and profitability.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Additional European language skills are advantageous.
• Ambitious, energetic, and eager to learn and develop.  

EU Road Freight Forwarder - Responsibilities   

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers and carriers.
• Coordinate daily transport operations and shipment execution.
• Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and increase account value.
• Negotiate rates and manage transactional sales activities.
• Monitor transport performance and provide proactive customer updates.
• Support business reviews through data analysis and performance reporting.
• Drive efficiency, profitability, and service improvements across customer supply chains.
