As the office expands, there will be genuine scope to take on more responsibility and progress within the business.Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will manage European road freight shipments while delivering a high standard of service to customers.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate European road freight shipments from booking through to deliveryAct as a key point of contact for customers, providing regular shipment updatesBuild strong relationships with customers, carriers and overseas partnersNegotiate rates and book transport with approved carriersPrepare and check relevant import and export documentationTrack shipments and resolve delays or operational issuesMaintain accurate shipment records and prepare completed files for invoicingSupport the onboarding and ..... full job details .....
