Location: Basildon
Salary: Up to -30,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:30

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Road Exports Administrator to join our clients team in Basildon. This is a key role within the export operations, ensuring processes run efficiently and customers receive the highest standard of service.

• Process and manage documentation for export shipments.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer and supplier enquiries.

• Manage invoice processing, charge allocation, and interdepartmental cross-billing.

• Maintain accurate and organised shipment records.

• Liaise effectively with colleagues across departments to support smooth operations.

• Accurately input and maintain data to ensure system integrity.

• Use SAP and Microsoft Office applications to support day-to-day administration.

• Previous administration experience (export/road operations experience desirable).

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines.

• Confident in the use of SAP and Microsoft Office.
