Road and Air Freight Operation and customer services

We are seeking an experienced Road and Air Freight Operator to manage import and export shipments while delivering a premium white glove customer service experience.Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end road and air freight shipments (import and export)Arrange collections, deliveries, and customs clearanceLiaise with airlines, hauliers, overseas agents, and customersPrepare shipping documentation (AWBs, CMRs, invoices, etc.)Provide proactive updates and resolve shipment queriesEnsure compliance with customs and company proceduresRequirements:Minimum 2 years'' freight forwarding experience (road and/or air)Strong knowledge of UK import/export proceduresExcellent customer service and communication skillsHighly organised with strong attention to detailThis is an excellent opportunity to join a professional team offering a competitive salary and stable Monday-Friday ..... full job details .....
