Working as part of a supportive team, you will play a key role in processing customer returns while assisting with the day-to-day running of the warehouse. Key Responsibilities Returns (RMA) Administration Process customer returns accurately and efficiently. Log returned items onto internal systems and maintain accurate records. Check returned goods against relevant documentation, including serial numbers and product condition. Liaise with internal departments regarding return updates. Assist with reporting on return volumes and trends. Support with customer queries relating to returns where required. Warehouse Support Receive, unpack and inspect returned goods. Organise and store stock safely and accurately. Prepare products for dispatch or refurbishment. Assist with stock counts and inventory control.
