The Role As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the home, ensuring full compliance with the Children''s Homes (England) Regulations 2015, Quality Standards and all relevant legislation. You will lead your team by example, ensuring children receive high-quality, child-centred care while creating a positive and supportive working environment for staff. Key Responsibilities Register with Ofsted as the Registered Manager of the home. Provide strong leadership and effective management to the residential team.
