Salary: £35,000 – £42,500 + package
Our client is a growing main contractor with a strong pipeline of residential new build and refurbishment schemes. They are seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to act as the key point of contact between site teams and residents.

The Role
You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication between residents, clients, and site teams across live construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as the primary contact for residents during works
• Managing complaints, queries, and access arrangements
• Organising resident meetings, newsletters, and updates
• Supporting site teams with programme communication
• Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the project

• Previous experience as an RLO within construction
• Experience on new build, residential, and refurbishment schemes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage challenging situations professionally

• £35,000 – £42,500 salary
• 25 days annual leave
• 5% pension
