Maintain, review and prioritise own survey workloads to effectively and efficiently support the business meeting its customer SLA obligations. Use agreed templates to record assessments, collect photographic evidence and prepare detailed risk survey reports and presentations for Underwriters and brokers to identify and reduce risk. Advise clients on-site and discuss opportunities and requirements to reduce the risk of future insurance claims. Make recommendations to Underwriters about risk quality, rating, classification, and prepare a schedule of risk improvement measures.
