Risk Lawyer Hybrid Working Manchester, Bristol, Biringham or Scotland Full time or Part timeI''m currently working with a leading national law firm with a fast-growing Risk and Compliance team, looking to hire an experienced Risk Lawyer into a new position within their established legal risk function.This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor with experience advising on regulatory and contractual risk matters within a law firm environment, who is looking to join a highly respected and collaborative team.The Role?• Advising on client engagement terms, outside counsel guidelines, panel appointments and commercial contracts• Supporting partnership governance matters including lateral hires and retirements• Advising on SRA Standards and Regulations and wider legal regulatory obligations• Assisting with supplier agreements, policy reviews and wider strategic risk projects• Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business on operational and regulatory mattersAbout you?• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years'' PQE• Previous experience within a law firm Risk and Compliance function• Strong understanding of SRA regulations and legal risk management• Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills• Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhat''s in it for you?• Hybrid and flexible working available• National firm with genuine career progression opportunities• Collaborative and forward-thinking culture• Strong benefits ..... full job details .....
