Risk Graduate -Slough25k - Minimum of 1 year Purpose of the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and analytical Risk Graduate to support the Head of Risk across a broad range of responsibilities. This role offers excellent exposure to enterprise-wide risk management, including project work, risk register development, and second-line controls within an Enterprise Risk Management Framework.You will play a key role in maintaining robust risk standards while contributing to the organisation''s vision and values.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in identifying, measuring, and monitoring risks across the business, working closely with key stakeholdersPerform quarterly second-line controls and support first-line teams in developing action plans to mitigate identified risksAttend and contribute to cross-functional meetings to gain insight into different business areasConduct research and analysis on risk-related topics using tools such as Microsoft Excel and SAP Business ObjectsSupport ad-hoc and recurring projects, including segregation of duties analysis and operational risk mappingCollaborate with international stakeholders on emerging risk management techniques and regulatory requirementsComplete assigned tasks within agreed deadlines and maintain high-quality standardsHandle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integritySkills and CompetenciesHighly detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectivelyConfident in making ..... full job details .....
