Risk Control Surveyor South East - Remote Salary: Competitive + Benefits An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Risk Control Surveyor to join a well-established insurer supporting commercial underwriting operations across the South East region. This role will focus on delivering high-quality risk surveys, supporting profitable growth strategies, and working closely with underwriting teams, brokers and clients to provide effective risk management solutions. The successful individual will undertake surveys across a varied portfolio including manufacturing, distribution, leisure and service industries, producing detailed reports and practical risk improvement recommendations. You will also play a key role in supporting technical standards across the wider survey function, assisting with mentoring, training and continuous improvement initiatives where required.Key Responsibilities:Conduct commercial risk surveys in line with technical and service standardsProduce detailed risk reports and recommendationsSupport underwriting teams through technical risk assessment and guidanceAssist with survey audits, technical coaching and development activitiesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of risk management, regulatory and technical developmentsBuild strong working relationships with brokers, clients and internal stakeholdersContribute towards enhancing risk management services and market reputationRequirements:Strong commercial risk surveying experience across a broad range of SME and ..... full job details .....
