"We are currently seeking a Risk and Insurance Specialist for a local authority on a 12 month interim contract.You main role will be to: Manage and direct the staff within Insurance services and to ensure the achievement of the objectives set out in the Risk Management and Insurance Service Plan. Develop, implement and review the policy relating to Risk Financing, encompassing the businesses insurance programme and risk self-retention strategy in order to protect the assets and liabilities of the business.
