We are partnering with a leading global real estate services firm to appoint a Risk and Insurance Manager on a fixed-term contract. This is a role sitting in the UK/EMEA risk function, with day-to-day ownership of the firm''s corporate insurance programmes and key broker relationships.The opportunityWorking closely with the Head of Risk and Insurance, you will:Manage corporate insurance programmes across property, liability and related lines, ensuring appropriate, cost-effective cover for a diverse UK and EMEA real estate portfolio.Act as primary point of contact for brokers and insurers, coordinating renewals, endorsements and mid-term adjustments.Oversee claims from notification through to settlement, working with internal stakeholders and external advisers to secure timely, commercial outcomes.Support risk identification and mitigation across the property portfolio, feeding into renewal strategy and risk financing decisions.Review contracts and lease documentation for insurance and indemnity provisions, escalating material issues and ensuring compliance with agreed standards.Prepare MI and reports for senior ..... full job details .....
