As part of RSM’s Consulting practice, this 12-month placement provides a front-row view of how businesses work, change, grow and succeed. You’ll be part of the team, contributing as you learn how to deliver data-driven, bespoke insights, value-add assurance and high-quality execution.What you’ll do

Support projects that matter and learn how to think critically, listen carefully and contribute meaningfully in client work.Risk and Governance: help clients stay resilient by identifying, managing and mitigating risk, supporting governance reviews and assurance projects to build stronger, safer businesses.Work with clients and key intermediaries in a solution-focused approach to drive success for both clients and the firm.Develop professional, client-facing skills and learn how different parts of a business come together.What you’ll need

A predicted honours degreeTo be enrolled on a placement degreeA minimum of 112 UCAS points from 3 A Levels or equivalent Level 3 qualifications OR 104 UCAS points from 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level)We don’t accept General Studies, AS levels or EPQsWho this is for
