Ensure compliance with SRA Standards and Regulations, AML Support the COLP and/or COFA Develop, review and implement compliance policies, procedures and best practice guidance. Manage and investigate complaints, breaches and regulatory issues where they arise. Monitor regulatory developments and advise senior leadership on changes impacting the firm. Conduct file reviews, internal audits and risk assessments across departments. Deliver compliance training to partners, fee earners and support staff.
