Keep up to date on emerging new risks, provide horizon scanning workshops and briefings for senior managers, Board and Committee members with appropriate mechanisms in place to continue to identify new risks. Manage a programme of strategic and operational risk register reviews, ensuring Citizen''s risks continue to reflect the internal and external operating environment and facilitating operational level risk workshops with Directors and Managers. Support the annual review of risk appetite, preparing materials for Board and Committee members and supporting the facilitation of the discussions, implementing mechanisms to ensure the appetite is embedded across the risk framework and is operationalised.
