      <description>Location: Essex | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Job Title: Risk and Assurance Manager  Salary: £46,475 per annum Band G Level 3 - (Homebased)   £48,235 per annum Band G Level 3- (Gilwell based, inclusive of Outer London Weighting)  Location : Hybrid (Gilwell Park based) or Home Contract  Contract Type: 12 month Maternity Cover from October 1st 2026  Working Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week) About The Role: This is a unique opportunity to step into a function at a pivotal moment in its development. The Risk and Assurance team has spent the past year designing and implementing TSA''s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework - and we''re now moving into the next phase: embedding it into how the organisation really works.
