Description

• Conduct detailed surveys of properties to identify disrepair issues.
• Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings and recommended actions.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant legal and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to resolve disrepair cases effectively.
• Monitor progress and quality of repair works to ensure standards are met.
• Advise on building maintenance strategies to prevent future disrepair.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and works carried out.
• Provide expert guidance on disrepair matters to internal teams.

Profile

• Relevant qualifications in construction, surveying, or a related field.
• RICS Qualified
• Experience in managing disrepair cases within the public sector.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent report-writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to liaise effectively with contractors and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for surveying and reporting.
