RICS Building Surveyor

We are seeking a highly motivated RICS Building Surveyor to join our team, Fabric surveying for Commercial buildings.

We are currently tasked with completing 10 surveys across the UK between 9th November-and 9th December. 40 surveys have-already been booked for 2027.

Responsibilities:

• Internal and external Fabric Surveys.
• produce survey summary
• Raise reactive work orders
• provide risk rating
• photographic surveys

Pay: -450 per survey (CIS). Due to a considerable amount-of travel required. We would-look to agree a mileage allowance or additional pay per survey depending on the distance.-
