We are looking for a confident and experienced RGN with recent Rheumatology experience who can provide high-quality patient care and work effectively within a specialist multidisciplinary team. The Role You will be supporting patients with a range of rheumatological and long-term conditions, providing clinical assessment, monitoring and ongoing patient support.
