Rheumatology ACP - Band 8a

Senior Nurse - Recent Rheumatology Experience Required Vivid Healthcare are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Nurse to join a Rheumatology service on a temporary agency basis. We are looking for a confident and experienced RGN with recent Rheumatology experience who can provide high-quality patient care and work effectively within a specialist multidisciplinary team. The Role You will be supporting patients with a range of rheumatological and long-term conditions, providing clinical assessment, monitoring and ongoing patient support. Duties may include: Providing high-quality nursing care to Rheumatology patients Supporting nurse-led clinics and patient follow-ups Monitoring patients receiving specialist treatments Reviewing observations, blood results and clinical information Supporting patients with chronic and complex conditions Providing education and advice around treatment and medication Recognising and escalating changes in a patient''s condition Working closely with Rheumatologists and the wider MDT Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation Working autonomously while maintaining excellent patient safety standards Requirements NMC Registered Nurse (RGN) Recent and relevant Rheumatology experience is essential Previous Senior Nurse / Band 6 or equivalent experience preferred Experience caring for patients with long-term or complex conditions Excellent clinical and communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of an MDT Strong ..... full job details .....
