This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high-quality service that prides itself on delivering outstanding care in a warm and supportive environment.Working closely with the Home Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and compliance are consistently achieved.Key Responsibilities Support the Home Manager in the overall management of the serviceLead and supervise the clinical and care teams, ensuring best practice is always followedMaintain high standards of nursing care in line with CQC requirementsMonitor care plans, risk assessments, and medication managementTake responsibility for the home in the Manager s absenceSupport staff development, training, and performance managementBuild strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionalsDrive continuous improvement and uphold a culture of person-centred care Requirements Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pinPrevious experience in a Deputy Manager or senior clinical role within a nursing homeStrong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirementsProven leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and organisational abilitiesA genuine ..... full job details .....
