RG4 SUPPORT WORKERS/CARERS

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in the RG4 area. You will provide high-quality care and support to individuals, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care where required.
• Support individuals with medication administration in line with company policies.
• Encourage independence and participation in social and community activities.
• Maintain accurate care records and reports.
• Promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of service users.
• Build positive relationships with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and report any concerns appropriately.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Caring, patient, and reliable nature.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred but not essential.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
