RFP Coordinator - Infrastructure, Networking - 100% Remote - London, UK A global organisation are seeking an experienced RFP Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of network and IT infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, SOWs, and multi-vendor coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience working within networking, telecommunications, or IT infrastructure environments, coordinating technical and commercial requirements across engineering teams, procurement, customers, and vendors. Experience working with large global multi-vendor providers would be highly advantageous. This will be a 6-12 months+ contract opportunity, with further extensions available, worked 100% remotely from any location across the UK. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes for network and IT infrastructure requirements. Review requirements and coordinate technical and commercial responses across engineering, procurement, vendors, and customers. Coordinate the preparation and management of SOWs, including scope, deliverables, milestones, assumptions, and dependencies. Coordinate multiple vendors and contracts, tracking deliverables, commitments, risks, and timelines. Work with telecommunications and infrastructure providers, including global multi-vendor providers.
