We''re hiring an RFIC Engineer - Cambridge - Telecommunications
This is a great opportunity for an RFIC Engineer to join a fast-moving fabless semiconductor company developing tunable RF front-ends for next-gen wireless devices.
You''ll have a great opportunity to work alongside Senior RFIC Engineers to gain hands-on experience in RF IC design, simulation, and lab testing.
What you''ll do as an RFIC Engineer:
- Assist in the design and layout of RF IC blocks (LNAs, RF switches, DTCs)
- Run transistor-, block-, and system-level simulations
- Support verification flows and co-simulations
- Collaborate on lab measurements and post-silicon evaluation
- Learn from experienced IC engineers in a collaborative environment
- Experience with RFIC or analog IC design
- Familiarity with IC design tools
- An understanding of RF and analog circuit concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Eager to learn, proactive, and a strong communicator
