This is an exceptional opportunity for an RFIC Design Technical Manager to join a leading satellite communications company based in the Thames Valley, UK.
In this role the RFIC Design Technical Manager will be responsible for approximately 80% management (both people and technical oversight) and 20% hands-on involvement in the design and architecture of RF blocks.
The successful RF IC Design Technical Manager will have:
A minimum of 10 years’ RFIC Design experience with proven technical leadership experienceA strong background in RFIC Design in CMOS up to 30GHz including some or all of the following; PA (power amplifiers), LNAs, Mixers Filters, Phase Shifter, DACs, bandgaps, LDOs and switchesA strong knowledge on IC design CAD tools such as Cadence Virtuoso (Spectre RFExperience in the use of LAB RF measurement equipment (Spectrum Analysers, Signal Generators, VNAs)Excellent communication skills in EnglishYou will ideally be required to be on site 4 days a week in the office.
