Business Development Manager - RF and Wireless Technology 50,000 - 65,000 + remote working optionLocation: UK-based, remote workingTravel: Approximately 10-20%, UK and internationalAbout the RoleAn established specialist in RF and wireless technology is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to support its next phase of growth across UK and international markets.The business designs and manufactures bespoke radio modules, wireless data links and bespoke solutions for OEMs across a range of industries, including medical and selected defence applications.This is a newly created, hands-on role focused on winning new business, generating leads and building customer relationships. You will identify and develop new opportunities, re-engage dormant accounts and work closely with engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect and win new customers across UK and international markets.Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, customer visits and exhibitions.Develop relationships with OEMs, distributors, B2B customers and end users.Understand customer requirements and identify suitable standard, customised or bespoke RF solutions.Manage the sales pipeline and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue growth.Work collaboratively with technical teams to support customer engagement and solution development.Essential Skills and ExperienceStrong knowledge of RF technology, ideally UHF/VHF radio ..... full job details .....
